Also.. the light is 8 inches above the tallest plant and with the hand test its not to hot. The soil is potting soil from mg and I added worm castings

So. I got a few plants about a week old in the aforementioned room. I don't have the vent system set up yet and only have a fan on them. They are under 400 hps. Its about 90ish in the barn during the day when the lights are off. I run with light at night. Its on a 18 and 6. I don't over water or...

Another quick question about window growing. That privacy screen you can put on your windows. Like a plastic sheet of some type that makes the window only able to be seen through one way. Will that block out to much good light for the plant? Anyone use them before? Thank you

Swamp coolers are EVERYWHERE in my area. They are pretty simple set ups. I don't know about the effectiveness of running one in a small room.. but if I ever do end up doing something like that ill let you guys know. Its more... forcing damp air with a fan into a house than really making the air...

I also have a 400 hps. I use the hand method where I just put my hand over the top of the plant. If its to hot for my hand to stay there then its to hot for the plants. As far as yellowing I would say sounds like over water or nute burn. Maybe lights to close? Good luck! Let me know how it goes.
