No i am going to use the HLG-40H-36b for one cob. That is max 36V 40W.

Th I am going to use that driver for 1 COB at 35V and 1.12A (and as low as i can get with that dimming) . I could run 2 COBs at 35V and .56A but that is only 20 watts per COB.
