Rrog is absolutely right. Though SS is definitely a nice method, I cannot stand the direction to toss out the soil. Its all about composting. Recycling soil is easy when you compost correctly. Amend your worm food a little bit and you're all set, never buy anymore nutrients again. -Snafu
