I have 4 air pumps and 5 stoned in the res

so I woke up to a very sad thing today all my roots I have root rot and I was wondering if there is no way I can cut the root rot off and transplant into another hydroponic system that doesn't leak light. Is this possible

So is there anyway that I could transplant these plants back into another hydroponic tote that doesbt leak light

How do I do that and what's the benefits.. Sorry I'm very new

Update:: So the plants have gotten a lot bigger and u can see how I am keeping light out of the res but I still have some brown roots. Also the last pic shows how the plant got burnt from the light. I have been out of town and explaining to a buddy how to take care of em

So I did everything yall said there is still some brown stuff butt there seems to be more white roots on all but one. Do yall think the last plant will die?

I just sprayed water on the roots and it all came off is that root rot?

I'm using general hydroponics nutes and the water is kinda orange colored and cloudy but there is no rot smell on the roots

ok so I just upgraded From a 5 gallon to a 20 gallon reservoir do I really have to completely add new nutrients every 7 to 10 days. Or what is the best way to go about this I just feel like I'm going to be using so much nutrients.

Update lmk what yall think So I upgraded to a 30 gallon res. and got a few more lights. Also I'm getting the other room ready. The smallest plant is a bagseed

I now have 5 plants in a 30 gallon tub

There's another whole flower room I just have to grow my plants first but lol appreciate your comment bud
