a good basic strain is skunk 1 by Sensi seeds ( 35% Sativa / 65% Indica) as it has a really nice high-energy buzz ( not too strong) , short flower time, easy to grow/train and the yield good and its one of the most stable strains out there

this is how i would plan it :) the lengths of timber are there to support trays and keep the screen/trays in place so you can rotate it 360 and get to each plant, you could always have a small lazy susan under each tray and you can then rotate it 360 because the screen would have to be 2ft wide...
