When you walk into the drying room the smell of Blue Cheese is enough to knock you back a step. Everything is going great..... Well almost everything. I hate when people commit to doing something and then don't follow through. No call, no nothing. Live and learn though.

Added a new feature to the Trim Reaper. Pizza screens fit just right. Keeps all the particles from flying out.

I do have a drone, a cheap one but its HD and takes great pics. Problem is I lost the 2 gb SD card for it. So I tried the one from my phone but it's to many GB or wasn't formatted to the drones liking. I bet my daughter has a selfie stick though.

Renting a dozer this fall to terrace off 3 more levels on the mountain side. Atleast 2 more greenhouses going up (30 x 80) possibly 3 if I have the time.
