Is your house old? My diy light also shocked me until I installed a ground wire. Homes 50 years or older do not usually have ground.

Still using cxb3590 3500k and love the spectrum. It’s easy in the eyes and right in the middle of what you need. I’m all in on 3500k

I would also go with Bubbas gift, fast flowering short stature indica absolutely love it. It smells just like grape soda/jolly rancher. However the best bud appeal Ive ever grown was from a red poison by sweet seeds. Potent and pretty.
