Its still got some white hairs coming out so its got some time left. It just is what it is. Not sure what else to tell you. Of course you can harvest now but it just wont be as good. And yeah this is one of the many reasons you shouldn't "flush".

I just took PPM reading from them and there is definitely a lot of something in there. Part A Silver Nitrate was 484PPM Part B Sodium Thiosulfate was 4520PPM So its in there and didn't work for some other reason, or there is something else in there (which seems unlikely).

Yeah 12/12 it man. The autos will be fine under 12/12. Don't throw away perefctly good plants. Even IF the autos yield less under 12/12, you will offset it with the extra photoperiods that you didnt throw away. Next time just go with photos. Autos are POINTLESS unless you're growing outdoors...
