With the recommended wattage per sq ft by multiplying the width and length that gives you your sq ft but I have only 1.5mtrs headroom and thats reduced 10inchs with fabric pots and 8inchs lost with the led hanging. Apologise in advance if this is obvious or I'm not getting it.. im terrible at...

I dont like the plastic cups and never got on with them, tried the brown cardboard ones and they were better but to small. If I can commit to another grow I'm using a 1 ltr fabric pot as there are multiple plus points using them in my eyes , I do grow with coco tho.. Can you flush soil like...
