Im not rying to dispute .. but something that was mentioned on RIU earlier today was that the amount of blue light compared to red light in the germ/veg stage has a lot to do with it.. supposedly with evidence to support it.. again... just reiterating what was earlier said... not my opnion

two lights is more versatile and would probably cover slightly more area... only slightly... by being able to separate them rather than being one bigger unit.. I think for VEG the &% would be beneficial if power is your concern as well... you can start off vegging with one smaller light rather...
