I'd just chop it if it were me. I hate running into plants like that. It doesn't look finished, but I've let some strains like that go forever and they just keep shitting out new vegetation all over the place. Waste of time imo.
I would let them go maybe another 4 days to a week, but they look pretty well finished imo. If you needed to harvest immediately its no biggie. Nice job on being patient.
No, it's probably from excess nitrogen etc. Just don't use so much nutrients next time. Start with less, and it is easier to fix not enough nutrients than too much.
Lower your temps. Your leaves aren't going to heal though. You can tell because the edges are curling up. I've been battling temps lately too. Summer is the hardest for me to control environment for sure.
I know this isn't directed towards me, but I was really asking. I always just thought it was for veg... haha. Obviously not. I haven't really done much reading on it.
