simple shit, pull ups, chin ups, weighted push ups, weighted sit ups, dips, knee raises, bench presses, leg curls (i think that's what they're called), squats.
about 3x a week and since around fall of 2011, septemberish.
i'm telling you dude i put in a good 5000 cals a day, lot's of good carbs, lean protein.. i curl 35 pounds (it's all that will fit) bench around 180-190 and i only weigh like 140 pounds..
i mean i get strong as hell, i just don't put on muscle lol.
i wish i could get ripped, i just don't have that kind of body though.. i'm pretty much a twig and i eat a shitload of protein.
but i can still bust out like 30-45 pull ups/chin ups and do like 50-75 push ups with ease... i think i'll forever be skinny though.
yeah next week isn't looking so good for us either, that's why i gotta get out here tomorrow and sunday too. i've gotten about 10 shades darker in these past few days alone, i should probably give myself a break for a few days next week anyway.
And on the third day, it was still fucking beautiful outside!
