this is exactly correct...when you put your plants out they will turn a lighter green and then acclimate to the weather Ive grown alot of outdoors and never really had a serious problem with it unless youre expecting a frost in the near future.

theere has been a couple threads about this if ya took the time to look. From what has been said in those threads you can grow outside on your property IF its out of sight of the general public AND not accessable to the public. SO in a green house in your backyard is ok. be aware im not a lawyer...
