They are nothing to worry about. Springtails - They feed on microbes, mold, fungi and decaying organic matter. Beneficial in my world :)

These would be perfect for the micro grower, or side lighting or just to fill that dodgy back corner... :) The 'Ceiling of Light' prophecy is upon us...! :)
