    Vashon Kush

Good to know. That would prob mean the Eki Bird description is wrong too. I’m going to trust what JBC says and go with ‘Uber early bird pheno’ for the Eki. Rivendell, glad to hear about the VEB offspring. Makes me excited for my summer plans.

    Vashon Kush

Thanks Rivendell, that is helpful. I'm curious, how was the smoke? Do the seeds you made with it have a significantly shorter flowering time? Not a ton of info that I can find about the genetics of Vashon. JBC has some listed, but, for example, EKI Bird is: "A massive and quick plant."...

    Vashon Kush

Can't help you on this, but am replying to bump this up re: Vashon genetics overall. I will be growing Eki Bird this year outdoors and using some pollen to make seeds. It's my first Vashon purchase. Where are the ppl who've grown Vashon seeds?

Also check out Oregongreenseed.com I’ll be growing their amnesia hashplant in central vt next year along with Vashon Eki Bird (from Jbc). I plan on crossing the two as well.

Interesting. Will you grow a few plants in a room/tent and clone from the most promising one?

Nice trunk! I was amazed digging mine up. Prolific roots. My final numbers: 4.25 pounds Mountain Mist. Dense, dense, super dense nugs. Amazingly dense. Wow. 2.25 pounds Black Domina. Less dense-airy, more leaf. Awesome smell, earthy, cheesy. Love the smell. Both are indica heavy/only indica...

Got it, thanks dsmer. Dry ic3 seems so much easier than ice water. May have to give it a go.

Do you then press it into hash pucks, or leave as is? How do you store it?

    Vermont 2019

I’m already planning for next grow season. Ordered and early flowering variety (Eki bird) from Vashon Seed https://www.jbcseeds.com/vashon-seeds/ And ordered amnesia hashplant from Oregon green seed. They have a sale on now, check it out...

The rain and wind have been brutal here. My gauge says 2.7” rain since last night. And one side of my shelter finally ripped off its wooden supports. Oh well. I just this week started pulling the Black Domina and did a mad rush last night. Leafier and more annoying to clip for the trimmer...

I haven’t cleaned it yet, but the grate is looking golden brownish from all the resin. I have had to tighten a few screws on the cheap Chinese manufacturing though, and you do gotta go easy when starting-thanks for the tip Zappa.

Yeah, I’m liking the trimmer well enough for massive time saving, but I do have some of the tops hanging to dry for my personal stash. ‘Rounding off’ is a good description. Definitely beats em up a little. Black Domina still chugging along. Will chop some this weekend. I’ve been steadily...

McLovin, I’m also in Addison county and am hoping to avoid frost tonight(near the lake) and eek out a few more days of sunshine for the Mtn Mist. The Black Domina def needs more time though, and I’m going to hold my breath, and hope for the best. They are covered from rain and it is plenty...

Nice. I got busy this evening too. Bowl trimmer seems pretty decent. Not as close as a hand trim, but I knew that going into it. Mine is a 19” Vivosun. Nothing fancy. Cut off the branches that were leaning out from under the shelter into the direct rain. I assume you are using a drying rack...

Looks great. I too am in VT. Central Champlain Valley. Raised beds in my garden, been covered up with a plastic shelter since Labor Day. My plants are monsters in size, look similar to yours. 7-8' tall with heavy dragon tongue colas flopping every which way. Mountain Mist and Black Domino...
