H-influx are the most efficient Samsung strips, yes. They also have an aluminum pcb unlike the epoxy found on the F-series and yes lm301b diodes (which are the most efficient diodes bar none).

XLG-200-24 is what I'm using btw, max output 8.3A. Basically perfect for the OP too and outputs up to 260w if you're feeling saucy.

Hey man, I have the H-Influx L_06's in 3500k (6 of them too, in a 27"x27" tent) - they're very nice strips, great choice. They're rated at 22.4v 1,430mAh nominal however so unless you were planning on wiring in series and parallel, you should opt for the HLG-185H-24. You didn't mention wiring...

Legit @Broke Richard . I wish I could weld - I used to race cars and at the shop where we did all the work, I never got involved in fab outside of the cutting and measuring - I was more the grease monkey type and always helping with installs/take aparts - it's one of my big regrets.
