Harvesting with high ppms in soil

Got you. I had an auto do a little fox tailing on me some time ago, I think it was mainly genetics though, LSD Auto-25 from FastBuds. I’ll keep this in mind I appreciate it.

Harvesting with high ppms in soil

I agree, and I think that may be why there are still so many white pistils. Not saying they don’t still have more time to go, just speculation. That and the fact that some of the trichs could be damaged makes me believe the light could be too intense.

Harvesting with high ppms in soil

Yep I’ve got it at 100%. Some are a little farther away from the light and have fewer white pistils, don’t know if this info helps

Harvesting with high ppms in soil

The tips on the fan leaves of the Bubba Kush are burnt and pointing towards the light as well so could this be the case?

Harvesting with high ppms in soil

Got it, I appreciate you all. One more quick question then I’ll let it rest. I haven’t seen anyone mention it in this thread but I did some reading a while ago and found out that light stress can cause new white pistils to form. I’m running the Spider Farmer SE7000 and it’s supposed to have 650...

Harvesting with high ppms in soil

Alright cool. I’ll post some more updates as time goes on, I appreciate the help. Is the biggest benefit of waiting more yields?

Harvesting with high ppms in soil

What’s up everyone just an update on the girls. They’re looking riper, I’m still checking trichs too but wanted to know if you guys think I should still wait 2-3 more weeks to chop

Harvesting with high ppms in soil

Much appreciated. So if trichomes aren’t the biggest indicator for harvest what is?

Harvesting with high ppms in soil

they actually smell good and I only asked about ppms. Thanks for answering everything but the question

Harvesting with high ppms in soil

I don’t think they’re starving, the leaves are healthy and they were fed heavily up until the flush. From what I’ve read and past experience I’ve known trichomes to be the biggest indicator of when plants are ready to harvest and mine indicate they’re almost ready, I just don’t want to harvest...

Harvesting with high ppms in soil

It just finished week 8 of flower and it’s an indica, it shouldn’t have a flower time of 12 weeks, at least I wouldn’t think. Plus most trichs are already milky. All pics are indicas and the breeder says about 8 weeks. I’ve fed them heavy up until the flush a few days ago too so the yellowing...

Harvesting with high ppms in soil

I’d love to let them go that long but I’m afraid too many trichs may turn amber and I want a mostly milky harvest. Couldn’t that happen if I let them go too long? A few are already turning amber

Harvesting with high ppms in soil

Hello everyone, I just wanted to know if it’s safe to harvest even if I have high ppms. I’ve read where people say they don’t flush but I don’t know if this affects ppms. My leaves are yellowing and trichs are almost all milky so I flushed a few days ago. Planning on harvesting next week so I’ll...

Best suggestions for adding CO2 to grow

I appreciate all of the advice. I skipped the co2 for now and just adjusted some variables in the space. Got an ac unit and it dropped the temps by more than 10 degrees. They’ll be ready in about 2 weeks, here’s what they’re lookin like. Purple one is Bubba Kush from Barney’s Farm and the other...

Best suggestions for adding CO2 to grow

Thank you for that. It’s really hot where I have my girls growing so that’s why I wanted to use CO2 (the high temps) because I don’t know if I can actually install an ac unit. I don’t have a window in that room but I was thinking about putting a unit in the wall to another room. Have you ever...

Best suggestions for adding CO2 to grow

Hello all, I live on the east coast where the heat gets really humid and surprisingly the basement where I have my set up is the hottest place in the house. I don’t think I have many options for cooling down the environment without things getting expensive but I was reading how adding CO2 to...

Beginning week 7 of flower and root bound

I checked the trichomes on the one that has the most orange pistils too and some are beginning to turn amber. I think I’ll just let them go 50/50 amber and milky since I’m already at this point. I read that mostly amber trichomes produce a couch lock high

Beginning week 7 of flower and root bound

No worries bro, and I’ve got them in a soil called Coast of Maine. I fed them 3 days before they looked like they do now, 1 liter each and they were in 7 gallon pots. I used Root Organics Buddha Bloom and HPK combined with the fish shit when I watered them. At first I thought it was a deficiency...

Beginning week 7 of flower and root bound

And when I transplanted them yesterday I could see the roots wrapped a lot so that’s what made me lean towards root bound. Droopy leaves, yellowing, and how long I know it had been in the pots. The ones you see them in now are the ones they were transplanted to.
