Its easy. Try to make shatter, and you might come out with honeycomb lol. I do nothing special.. Vac at 105 and bam!. Honeycomb/crumble

Im about to give up. The oil started to crumble up before i even got a chance to pull vacuum. Edit. Temp was about 105-107

Trying another run tomorrow. Last time it looked like it was going to be shatter around the 3hr mark. I thought that wasnt enough so i purged until the really small bubbles stopped moving and ended up with crumble again

Also, im wondering if the reason i am getting "crumble" is from holding full vacume the whole time?

I have the I have the .9 and i would think 4 would be too much. Even 3 would be pushing it. Then again i have the ceramic shelves that are a bit thicker than the stainless ones. I noticed a 3-4 degree difference between shelves. Not sure if it will make a big difference, but im not pleased

Question for you guys. Me and a friend just made a batch in the AI .9 vac oven and it came out looking like frosted flakes? I was going for shatter, so i had the temp set at 110 and purging for 24 hours. Maybe i agitated it too much while scraping from the pirex to the parchment? Or i waited too...

i kick anything out of my crop that doesn't taste how it smells
