I agree, ID keep it as low profile as I could being outside. Maybe just buy the big kegs of water. All it takes is that ONE fly-over to get busted. I'm not a lawyer or anything but 32+ plants might get you in some heat. Also once you become a known grower, than it will probably be even harder...
