Does this look like light burn or stress?

Yeah I’ve been lacking on that part figured living in south Louisiana it would have enough naturally but i have the humidifier running again with the bottle top around it

I just looked at the bag is says it’s soil conditioner,this seed sprouted by surprise in another unrelated plant so I be trying to get all it conditions correct to the best of my knowledge but I’ve had slow grow forsure.Have been trying to figure out witch light it prefers fluorescent or led .

Can anyone give a opinion on my sprouting.its 2 weeks old today “slow grow” in my opinion and I seeing yellow tips for the first time today.lights are 24/24 sunlight and led fly row light by night.

Can anyone tell me if I have over potted and more importantly if I’m seeing signs of nutrient burn.Light secdule is 24/24 sunlight and artificial led by night.
