Be sure to include some root hairs in the test. I spent $750 testing mom's and only included petiols only to find out after that root hairs included is the only way to get most accurate results. Now I have to either spend another $750 or just risk that things are infected even with negative results.

@mawasmada their spam emails they send very frequently reference an email address of [email protected]. Maybe you'd have some luck if you sent a message to that one.

I haven't had a problem with their orders but I have sent them emails asking questions about their products and they go unanswered as well.
