Yes sir, when the cover crop is mostly shaded out by the plants then I just use the leafs and what not that I remove when I defoliate as mulch. It’s crazy how fast the mulch just disappears into the soil. The soil food web is thriving I guess.

I’m always cutting it back, but not enough to remove it all. once the plants get bigger the shade pretty much kills all of the rest

I grabbed a kit from keystone labs at the lift expo fir $100. You prep the sample at home then mail it in and they test if fir cannabinoids and Turpines. Plan on trying it out any day now

Not sure on just that 2.9 g puck, around 40g of flower got me about 8g rosin all together.
