How many watts do i need?

My lights- LED wattage in the picture below Temps- getting gage with cloud9 inline fan waiting on that Grow space- 2ft by 4ft lights are at 2ft because people say to keep them far from the plant with leds bur im seeing that thats a problem Medium- FF ocean forest in solo cups and clay pots...

I think my lights are to high I dont have that cheap of lights and its a 2ft by 4ft tent temps not sure dont have a gage until tomorrow I got a LED I think it says ill post a picture it has different setting from germ to veg to flower but I just changed to a bigger pot and soil to ocean forest

The fan leaves are pointing down but i know i dont over water I water when dry about 1 to 1.5 in down
