What kind of led lights should I get for a indoor grow and soil

Why does my plant have three leaves and they are also drooping and the bottom leaves are yellow, but the rest of the plant is green. I wanted to know what I can do to make the plant stop drooping and start growing more leaves. Also what soil do y'all recommend when growing?

I'm just trying to get some bud. And I know it takes a lot of equipment and effort

I just threw these into a pot not knowing they will grow the way they did. Now they are to big is it to late to transfer them into separate pots. If so how can I do it without damaging the roots.
