Well u always want to be prepared for plants to get as much as 2-3 times their height in flower. Also realize that depending on ur light, once u switch it to bloom mode, it may need to be raised further away. U really want to play it safe first go round. Honestly a scrog would probably be ideal...

Yea beware humidity. I would maybe use carbon pads or somthn. Maybe cut holes in bag and tape pieces of carbon pad in a couple spots for cross ventilation. Maybe even make some kind of frame for the bag so that is not laying directly on the plant
