Honestly it did worry me too at first, only the outside layer has moist, i only take them out once a year to check if the inside is dry.

My germ rate is at 90%, its in a vac sealed container and freezed. Probably just moisture from taking it out of the freezer, i already the knew the jaws would not pop as they looked bunk seeds, i sually try to pop the rants.

True i know some of those strains are long gone, reason i didnt grew them and at least replaced a good candididate for future. I have to get connected again with some old friends here who happens to have seed companys now, was thinking to let them grow it and work something out from there
