Your growth looks on point for seeds. As for the other plant check run off ph and make sure that's good if it is the next thing I'd do is pop them out of the cups and check the roots, they could be root bound or getting close to it.

Normally I aim for 60-70 days. But harvest for me is not about amber trichs, it's about clear trichs. In a post above I stated I take my plants when there is 10% or less of clear trichs Every photo is literally minutes before harvest

Imo too late would be would be over 50% amber trichs and too early would be more mare than 20%clear. But what you're talking about is optimal harvest time. Some people may like the effects of a plant taken late some may like it earlier. When harvesting there's also an optimal harvest time...

That's not really true. I have seen fully ripe amber trichs in midflower. Not a whole bunch but they are there if you look all over the entire plant you'll see fully mature trichs amongst some cloudy and a bunch of clear

When a plant gets seeded, the pistils change colors shrivel up and the calyxs are nice and plump with forming seeds but it's still very far away from being harvested so how would you tell that a seeded plant is ready for harvest? Ya i'd let it go a little longer. Pistils and leaves don't really tell you anything about when to harvest. The answer is in the trichomes.
