Cloudy doesnt always mean bacteria. It often means one or more elements have 'fallen out' of the solution. Could just be the picture but it looks like a lot of sediment at the bottom. If it smells tho, I would dump it.

Smaller pots get fed more frequently but much, much less at a time. Oversized pots defeat the purpose of coco, in which the goal is to deliberately get the plant rootbound. This allows for higher frequency irrigation which draws more oxygen into the rootzone which in turn massively increases...

You had the right idea. But next time, 2-3 days before you plant the seeds, fill your pots, water them and they will dry out a bit. Then you can plant the seed without having a soaking wet medium.
