Nothing, really. I only do flushing when i fed too much to remove salt buildups. Imo i flush a bit before feeding to make sure all my roots are wetish. People flush thinking it will remove any chemical taste, which to me doesnt make any sense since its the leaves who gets the nutes and energy...
