I,m sure you did, but science tells the story of lettuce being a heavy red light user. Some university studies have shown certain varietals grow best with a 95/5 ratio of red to blue. Some think bolting happens from heat but it's actually spectrum shift to blue as the main culprit.

And I'm sure her light will kill it running lettuce under them. Unless your running 1750k cobs you'll never have a good spectrum for lettuce.

Yes, you can go down the rabbit hole once you start getting into all the variations available.

My only thoughts are when you buy a single fixture is your stuck with those diodes without the ability to modify them. With modular strip design it's simple a matter of removing one strip and replacing it with another of a different value to dial your spectrum in to your situations.

I don't do this for praise and I don't care if you can find a cheaper solution by using different products as long as they fit your needs.

I'll make you a list, but remember the price will be a bit higher as your covering a 4x4 compared to my 3x4 set-up so you'll need a little more lighting for good coverage.

First that's not a 1000 watts of light, plant looks like its's been overfed it's whole life. Best bet is to feed it plain water til harvest. Good Luck.
