Yeah phos is my best guess. too much causes a darkening at the base and it looks a little like nitrogen toxicity except nitrogen toxicity begins darkening at the tips of the leaves

Ok in review of the of this thread it seems you have a phosphorous excess your last two weeks you said you had similar problems. Maybe you reused your soil? Added to much? Compensated to much?

Any phosphorous added? What temp is your grow area
