I decarb because it allows everything to be soaked into the butter as active. Once the butter has been extracted there's really nothing left to decarb and temps probably wouldn't get high enough to decarb anyways with the butter mixed into brownies. With all of the evidence why would you not...

As long as you can lock the greenhouse and nothing in your lease specifies against cultivation you should be alright. Especially if the landlord leans more hands off. I'd still do the whole carbon filter extravaganza simply to avoid pissing off neighbors/tempting rippers.
