    Most Efficient LED Light

In your unofficial opinion, would you say the 90 CRI samples are outperforming the 70/80 CRI samples? Are there more nodes/branching and plant matter? Or does the heighth difference seem to be just more stretch and longer internodal spacing? Very curious how these turn out. Thanks for the update!

    Most Efficient LED Light

........................ LOL! 2nd rate Marketing..... When LED grow light companies start making such ridiculous claims, and people buy into those claims without much skepticism....that makes me skeptical. You are experienced enough on this forum to know better the...

    The far red thread

To my understanding it still falls under the "Emerson Effect" category. Technological advances just allow us to see more data and reactions, expanding the scope of the effect. Same principles involved.

    The far red thread

This is one of the studies that I have based my ideas on how the "Emerson Effect"/ photo systems I &II work. The extent of the effect varying by plant species of course. http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0005272805001192 Edit: Apparently measurable O2 evolution occurred up to...

    PAR measurement thread

That's because those are arbitrary and irrelevent numbers being posted. Lot's of people have even been estimating their PPFD based off of efficiency spreadsheets and individual chip tests, regardless if their "build/grow" is totally different. There is no standard distance...

    Cannabis Daily Light Integral

I also have been finding that my plants seem less stressed where I'm spot reading under 600 umol, while still fully developing. Putting them under 30 Mol for the day. The colas getting 1100 umol aren't much bigger, but the colas getting 150-300 umol are much smaller.
