    Water PH'ing

Those meters can work correctly, but unless you have a really good one that can be calibrated to put next to it, no way to know if it is accurate. A well planned and mixed soil you won't have to worry about cal /mag it will already be in the soil in a uptakeable and organic form for the plants.

    Water PH'ing

You can just water the soil FFOF should buffer itself for a couple months at least. But if you really want to PH the water you can use something like citric acid. PH ing of water is mostly done when nutrients are added to the water and take the PH way down because they break the nutrients down...

Watering with fabric pots and a "water only" medium

No you are right organics you don't have to worry about chemical fertilizer salts building up so no need to water to run off. Better if you can keep the medium around a 70 to 80% hydration level to keep the fungi and bacteria happy. They don't like to be flooded along with no reason to wash...

Led drivers outside of tent, does that mean no ac is needed?

Newer decent drivers run over 90% efficient So they are putting off less than 10% of the total heat generated the LED's are putting off more than 90% of the heat. By putting the drivers outside the tent you will lower the heat load by about 8%, so not going to help a whole lot.

Earth Juice & General Organics Strength

Strain dependent if you ask me, if you don't know if the strain you are growing is a heavy feeder I would start out light and see how it goes, then bump up the dose as needed.

    What is too much

PPFD is how they measure light for growing . 600-800 PPFD is all you need to hit a photosynthesis limit with ambient Co2 levels. To use more light one would have to add Co2 to the grow room , greenhouse or tent to utilize extra light over 800 PPFD. Respectable light sellers will have a accurate...

Watering with fabric pots and a "water only" medium

Watering to run off in a soil washes nutrients out of the soil so yeah you are losing some if you water like that. If you are using a water only soil the best way to water is with blumats if set up right they will keep the soil at a proper and more productive moisture level. So you can keep the...

Technique for Board Temperature Readings with IR Gun?

Most chips have a TJ point for thermal measurements, not sure if QB96's have them or not. I would check with the manufacturer and see if they have a data sheet with the info in it. Most recommend a thermal adhesive for mounting the thermocouple to a chips TJ point but you can use a really...

    HLG 185H-C1400B @cob kits

XLG-200 has a 3500ma version that runs up to 56 volts that would run 3 or more CXM-22's. Times 2 would get you a for sure 400 watts.

    HLG 185H-C1400B @cob kits

The HLG-185H-C1400 goes from 71 volts to 143 volts so no it would not run 3 CXM22 at 50 volts. 3 cxm22 in series would need 150 volts so that more than likely wouldn't work either. You could run them at test current though in series using a HLG-185H-C1050 That goes up to 190 volts.
