Says it 7 week flowering but some looks weeks apart

Grown from seed for the first time. Usually clones. Green poison week 4 and they look at different stages

I've always had clones but had to grow from seeds. I'm 4 weeks into Green poison indoors. They are healthy no bugs but they look at different stages. Different hieghts and bud development. No smell .never had this before
