Them things usally sucks I try and rip them and put the plant out if there a nice root on there because they don't decompose but I just overall never liked them

Lmao city ordinance, state law trumps city, but I don't care what law they passed it would still be illegal to require inspections on a medical marajuna grow for personal use, that's creating a way for them to get more money but won't fly long trust me someone will sue the city

You could get a $30 fan at home depot to puah it outside or in another room as long as it's not a far distance as they are not very powerful

I would of let it grow another 1-2 more weeks you could of doubled that yield expect to lose 75% weight so you should have about 2 oz dry

Don't expect to yield much, I was vegging some plants under 2 x 100 watt bulbs and they were stretching too much but if you only want a few grams a plant go for it but it's cheap to run a 600 watt cost you else then 20 a month

You can start to tell when it starts drinking alot more water and you have to water it often and also roots will start to be more at the top after about 2 weeks but it does depend on how much light and how fast it grows, I have 4 of them I am growing in 32 oz cups I flowered them after vegging...
