Definelty overwatered. Do NOT water every day, they don't like being watered daily unless you're using an ebb n flow system. I water every 3 days on average and my plants are doing fine.

Looking at your thermocirculer thing. Try and drop the temp down to around 75f, optimum temp. 83 is pretty high

Mine look nothing like that even at week 3. Loads of tiny bud sites, not much else. Using 400w. I'm gunna be lucky to even pull a few grams.... Count yourself lucky.
