umm well what exactly is your setup going to be? my advice is x4 1000w lights in there and i would do 24 (6 per 1kw light) i run a 4x8 with x2 1k's and 12 ladies works great getting great numbers without co2.

as far as more light=more yield, there is a limit to that as with anything in this. your sitting at about 94 watts per square foot, low watts per square foot for growing is 30w mid is 50w and high is 50-80w so you can see where the word overkill fits in there with just 2 1k's in there its 62.5...

Yup the lack of oxygen is what caused your prob nothing more, you can run your dripper on a timer if you want but won't make much difference now that the roots are in the water, just make sure that stone is running all the time. Good luck and let us know if she gets better.

You need to get a separate o2 pump to run the stone so when the drip ring is off the stone is still running oxygen to the water. If the air stone ever stops the plant will die from lack of oxygen in the water. If the roots are in the res just stop running the dropper and just run o2 pump 24/7...
