You can buy an hlg-185h-24b and put 12 strips on it wired in parallel at about 650mA/strip. I do not think you would be disappointed with this setup.

Pretty strain dependant imo. I grow mostly indica dom OG crosses and they veg awesome under 3000k. Just popped a stretchy sour diesel and its growing out of the room under 3000k. Busted out an old 5000k cxa3070 module and its noticeably better behaved.

Love the 3000k for veg for any 50/50 or indica/indica dom but if you have a stretchy sativa beware!

EB strips are the only way to get there for cheaper until the price drops again on the H-series or the F-series becomes available. Otherwise the QB's are the best value.
