You don't think I should top it at the 3rd blue and keep the 2 shoots below that?

When should I top the root ball is this big, would it be ok to do now? Also you're saying cut off at the white line leave the 2 shoots below it and then as it grows I'll have to pinch and bend to slow growth to the upper shoot to allow lower shoot to catch up in dominance?

Thank you so in reference bottom 2 blue keep for new mains middle blue top and remove everything below ect or top the top blue one keep the 2 reds and remove lover growth?
