Just re read your post. You are definitely not over watering. 50 ml is not enough imo. I would be aiming for at least a litre per plent watered slowly at the edges of your pot. Let it dry a few days and repeat process. You can water until runoff comes out as long as you have good drainage and...

I've always stuck with 18/6 I figure plants love the dark time. Still give it time. Don't go chucking things at it. If this is your first grow just try be patient

Look fine but they should pray up to light at sometime during lights on. Looks like it ready for lights out. I noticed mine doing this once and freaked until I realised they were just tired

I would personally leave it a couple of weeks then defoliate if you really want to just before you switch to flower. Also what else do you have growing in them pots and why?

Look OK be patient try not to over water. Keep humidity around 60 to 70 if you can while they're still baby's. Don't check every few hours just let them do their thing
