I know this is stupid and I should know the answer by now, with all the posts read, but should the led driver be just a litlte above the amps of the attached leds? Or is it better to say double it up a 1400 ma driver on a 600 ma system or go with the 700 ma driver? then why tx

That's the way I do mine, 6" rock wool cubes. But I flood and drain to 4" every two days till about after the stretch. then every day till harvest. Seems to work out good for me. All on timers and just needs to be checked and nute solution added, 3 weeks in flower now, about 5 gal a day.

ordered the Cob's and heat sink. what model is the Fan? 700 or 1400 drivers? I don't understand the diff.

did you need the 2x HLG-185-1400C Drivers? I've seen a similar build with the hlg-185-700 drivers. Asking as I am planning a similar build for my first go at it and I am looking for the right parts. nice job on the build

thank you. will get the 72 volt. was planning on 4 cob's off of the driver 8 total. will stick with all white for first build. input voltage on the driver? I am wired for 208 volts, is it more efficient to drive it from that voltage or split it down to 120?

Looking to do my first diy led light for a 4 x 8 flood and drain table. Should I do it as 1 or 2 separate lights? The more I read the more educated I get, but the more I forget, LOL. Think I can handle the soldering and drilling and the tapping. COB selection? Temp/color? Drivers? thinking...

Second grow in rockwool cubes, flood and drain. They are looking good. Thought I was having nute problems then had an epiphany. NUTE LOCK.....:wall: Flush, flush flush... should be good by the time they finish. No amber tric's yet. First pic's I've posted if they show up.
