    Understanding Athena

I agree 3 EC would take some getting used to. Athena say in coco (up to 3.0 EC), depending on irrigation frequency. Does this mean more frequent feeding frequency needs a weaker EC or the opposite??? I have just returned to 60/40 coco run to waste after 5 years of trying everything else and...

Prevent siphoning - pvc pipe setup diagram

As visa says just poke a hole in your feed pipe just above water level and insert a barb with a small piece of tube on it will be spurting back to your tank during feed and sucking air as soon as feeding stops. As soon as air gets into the system syphoning stops.

Hello all just bought my first pack of Athena Pro dry nutrients. Does anyone know how long this will last in a sealed drum (in terms of quality) once made up into a stock solution. Many thanks.

    CO2 meter for grow room

Could I possibly be lacking in co2 with a more or less sealed room, 8 inch intake 10 inch exhaust with 3' carbon filter one slight bend in exhaust pipe, room size 2.2w x 2.0 h x 3.4 long. Lights are 3 x 600HPS I only run the fans on 50% tick over on the fan controller so as soon as the temps go...

    CO2 meter for grow room

Looked at it to connect to outtake and intake fan but I run a Ecotechnics fan controller and they do a add on that can work with their (my) existing controller. Must admit I like the Inkbird stuff great value.

Been growing 5 years still need some advice with new problem

Maybe slightly past their best but I do not think this was the cause. Prime suspects are recirculating nutrients in 60/40 or lack of CO2, must admit it has me scratching my head. Will do DTW this time and maybe turn the intake out take fans up when on minimum tick over (it was about 45%).

Thanks Corey, I did think I may have left a segment in on the timer but hadn't. I'm changing tactics for the next grow no additives apart from PK and will do drain to waste.

Was thinking of trying Athena dry feed but it costs £400 to buy here in UK. I hear it is a great stand alone feed.
