it's because sometimes they put a low price on the pack and you don't pay custom fees. Also this pack is lighter than cobs with multiple heatsinks so the shipping may be cheaper, when I have more informations I'll report here. Anyway kingbrite is a reliable seller, for cobs though, don't know...
