OP it looks like pH fluctuation. Do you pH adjust water you give? Rainwater is just about pH perfect so no worries there. Raised fabric pots so they should drain okay with heavy rain, but you should still move them out of heavy rain if possible, especially prolonged rains. You'll get bud...

OP you're in early flower. 10ml gal Botanicare bloom, 5ml Karma can be run every watering. If anything cut that in half last two weeks. The other stuff.. ehh keep it light too.

It does look like a magnesium deficiency. PH sounds good, possibly a Phosphorous excess causing Cal Mag lockout/deficiency? Nice and green otherwise, too much P?
