heres a couple pics that might help ya ghost.

first, at 20" you'll run out of room real fast. next, you can veg 1 plant with 3 or 4-23 watt bulbs for 4 to 5 weeks but you'll need at least 6 bulbs to flower with. i use 10 to 12 bulbs, 8 or 9 2700k's and 2 or 3 6500k's for a good light spectrum mix for 1 or 2 plants. i also have 2-24" t-5's...

"60 actual watt 125 w equivalent" an actual 60 watt cfl would be 300 watt equivalent and 4200 lumens so that be 180 actual watts, 900 equivalent and 12,600 lumens total. a normal 23 watt house buld is 100 watt equivalent and about 1600 lumens. just sayin, LoL.
