Clear/cloudy from what I can see , I would wait till there all cloudy with a little amber :) A bud shot or pic of plant will also help give a rough estimate .

What medium are you going with after rock wool ? No experience starting them like that as I go straight to soil so makes life a little easier when they do stretch :/ Get a normal drink straw , slit it vertically , open up and place round stem with the bottom stuck in the rock wool slightly ?
