id expect by week 6 veg you'll be able to flip although plants do veg slower in soil it might take 8 weeks or longer to fill your scrog

if you have had them in flower under 12/12 for more then two weeks it will take the plant a long time to reveg under 18/6 it could take up to 3 weeks before the plants hormones revert to the vegetative stage. it can be done and it shouldn't be a problem although when you go back to flower it...

id leave it and let the plant grow in to the space with in two weeks id expect them to at least 5 inches well id expect them to double in size in two weeks
