Maybe you're interested in DWC because of the good grow rates? If that's so why dont you try COCO coir and Perlite? It behaves like soil, but it's pretty much hydroponic. It doesn't need any special attention other than making sure it's clean coco. DWC isn't hard, i just wouldn't recommend it...

CMH and LEDs such as Quantum Boards (the ones i linked) have pretty much the best available spectrum... CMH does provide a little bit more of UV light and Infrared which has effects on the grow. But overall you wouldn't go wrong quality wise with either choice. Just avoid lights like california...

Man you should get into LED lighting... But forget about california light works, their products are super expensive and their spectrum isn't much better than those blue and red lights... Look into something like this...

You know, every LED isn't a COB... A COB is only an LED form factor. It's also not the best for heat dissipation, i have a few COB fixtures from a few years ago, but i wouldn't build them today. Also, Black Dog LED is expensive as f, not worht it imo

150W HPS lights are really really reallllly crappy... They draw way more power than they output. With those lights, you should be fine on each tent really, and if you were to combine both of them, you'd be WAAAY over the top
