    Looking for certified care giver

That has to many variables to actually anwser. As for the limits, i do not believe there are limits on what a grower can possess or sell. Prices will be dictated by the market and with the number of initial producers jumping in.. i figure itll start high, but as the legal market is saturated...

    My situation

the mmfla only tracks patients/cgs who buy from the licensed dispensaries, which are not running yet. They will either need access to the data base or will compile thier own..so...there is that.

I believe the small farmers only hope in michigan is the “micro business” license in the MIlegalize bill, assuming thats probably going to pass a vote. I too would prefer the regulatory capture and laws favoring larger producers to not exist.

    Looking for certified care giver

youll need more than 5-600k for all of that. The real estate markets in places that have opted in have skyrocketed. You could get away with a cultivation facility with that low of capital, but there is no quaranteeing youll make it through any net losses experienced during the infancy of set up...

    Looking for certified care giver

What are your plans? How much capital do you have? Do you have any existing connections to any medical outlets that have been operating in the state the last 5-6 years? Where did you acquire this capital and will it pass the states sniff test? It wont be enough to simply have money and begin...

    My situation

Not yet, but pretty sure that is part of what mmfla does. As of right now, all they can “legally” do is the same thing we can.

Keeping the money in the small guys wallet

Perhaps in the future, some of us smaller cultivators should pull recources, start a chain of small retail shops and run house exclusive strains people wouldnt be able to get anywhere else. Haha..gotta find a way to stay relevant right.

Keeping the money in the small guys wallet

Yup..that stuff has been making its way here too. Know a few folks that got a connect out that way. No sense in growing if you can grab units at 9 and off them here for over 2. Good eye can always spot the product ..most of the time.

Keeping the money in the small guys wallet

Doubtful. Growers who previously supplied smaller shops that are not going to qualify will more likely divert that product too.....Those large facilites will have negligible effect on rec/street prices but the massive wave of growers left with no outlet or a giant hole in thier distribution...

Keeping the money in the small guys wallet

You gotta figure, most of the retail shops i know of are generally making about 30 percent margins right now. Thats acquiring product inbetween 15-2500k a unit, without all of the other costs associated with the new program..so you gotta figure either the wholesale price goes down or th retail...

Keeping the money in the small guys wallet

I would assume itll follow or closely resemble colorados wholesale prices after a year or two since the regulatory structures are similiar i think anyway. Either way..pretty sure margins will be shit once the larger producers enter. By large i mean the folks planning 50k sq ft ops on up to...

Keeping the money in the small guys wallet

I had heard a few weeks ago that they were going to allow people to claim product towards the liquid assets portion of the requirements, did not know it would include plants. Sounds fishy to me..if a caregiver were to claim they had product worth any significant amount..just seems like someone...

Cards Being Revoked by State of Michigan

Wind, solar, hydro..they are all viable SUPPLEMENTAL energy sources. Nuclear is the future and i am not talking about the 30 and 40 year old plants we have in use now. The technology is advancing leaps and bounds, and a new type of nuclear power will produce little waste and what waste is...
